Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
What are the symptoms?
Hypertension (high blood pressure) usually has no symptoms. That is why it is termed "the silent killer." However, it can be accompanied by the following, especially if blood pressure gets very high:
- Headache
- Confusion
- Numbness or tingling in the hands and feet
- Severe shortness of breath
